Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of recruitment experience, expertise recruiting Tech profiles is a big plus.
2. Experience hiring across different regions and industries, preferably in high growth companies.
3. Experience using Boolean Search, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, or Google X-Ray.

Skills:

1. The ability to source candidates like no one else and an eye for untapped talent.
2. Strong business acumen, a strategic and sales mindset.
3. Data driven approach to recruiting.

Bonus points:

1. You have experience with the European and Singaporean market.
2. You have worked in two or more regions (APAC, Europe, MEA, Americas).

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹9,983.00 – ₹42,351.00 per month
