Meridian Health & Social Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support service users in their own homes. You will provide personal care, assist with meals, and help individuals participate in activities that promote health and wellbeing.

Flexible hours based on shift patterns, with emphasis on compassionate care, reliability and a positive attitude toward supporting clients in a domiciliary setting.

As a care worker your responsibilities may include some support with personal care needs and preparing meals, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as gardening, shopping trips and social occasions. No two days will be the same!
