Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the nursing unit and visitors.
• Manage incoming calls and coordinate communication among healthcare teams.
• Support admissions, discharges, transfers, and patient transportation activities.
• Track patient locations and room assignments across the unit.
• Maintain logs, documentation, and electronic medical record workflows.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and supply needs with hospital departments.
• Assist with staffing coordination and communication boards.
