Elara Caring in Worcester, MA seeks a Care Team Supervisor for Personal Care Services. This full-time, on-site role runs 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and offers a salary range of $22-$25 per hour.

You will lead a team of caregivers, maintain plans of care, review authorizations, ensure compliance, and support growth. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 60 college credits or 2 years supervisory experience; bilingual ability may be required; tuition reimbursement and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 college credit hours required and/or 2 years supervisory experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and home care operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, caregiver schedules, and required documentation.
• Review and manage service authorizations and contract-specific requirements.
• Support branch growth initiatives and operational planning efforts.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with licensure, payer, contract, and regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to caregivers to promote performance and engagement.
• Conduct caregiver orientations as required.
• Collaborate with payroll and timekeeping teams.
• Monitor daily service delivery to ensure adequate caregiver availability and coverage.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, case managers, and leadership.
