Elara Caring is seeking a Care Team Supervisor to lead a field team delivering personal care services in the Galveston area. You will coordinate schedules, ensure accurate records, and support operational growth while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to mentor caregivers in a fast-paced home-care environment. Travel locally may be needed to support audits and coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Sixty college credits and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and home care operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
