Qualifications

• - Minimum 1 year of hands-on ministry experience.
• - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• - Ministry training background (volunteer, leadership or staff).
• - Solid understanding of scripture and strong knowledge of God's word.
• - Excellent listening and communication skills.
• - Proficient with MS Office and social media; 45+ WPM typing.
• - On-site position in Franklin, TN; ability to work holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commitment to model Care Team Values in every interaction.
• Practice the “5Cs” on every call and interaction across channels.
• Answer prayer line calls and screen for appropriate support.
• Provide empathetic support regarding listener struggles and needs.
• Complete prayer edits when needed and assist with ministry tasks.
• Support channels such as email, chat, text, multi-language as required.
• Triages and transfers crisis calls to pastors or departments when needed.
• Meet or exceed workload, quality, and team culture expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality of listener information and records.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate clearly.
