Qualifications

• 2 years of college coursework in business, social science, or related field strongly preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years’ leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare field preferred.
• 1-2 years’ management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Operate assigned home to meet or exceed budgets and clinical effectiveness as set by the company/customers.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure training and skills for high-quality care.
• Maintain assigned homes and related systems, facilities, and furnishings in good order.
• Assign repairs and maintenance duties to staff; contact maintenance or supervisor for issues.
• Assist supervisor with contracting for approved services and evaluate contractor performance.
