Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a capable leader to oversee residential homes and supervise Direct Support Professionals. The role emphasizes compliance with policies and achieving clinical and budgetary goals set by the company.

Applicants should have prior leadership experience in healthcare or related human services, with a preference for 2–3 years in supervisory positions. The position focuses on staff development, contract oversight, and facility maintenance.

Competenze

• 2 years of college coursework in business or social sciences preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare preferred.
• 1–2 years management or supervisory experience preferred.

• 1-2 years’ previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
