The Care Team Manager is an integral component of the leadership team with responsibility for conveying the Mission/Vision to the community served. The Care Team Manager is directly responsible for compliance with governing state and federal regulations as well as standards of care guideline requirements of accreditation agencies. Through oversight and supervision of clinical and non-clinical staff, the Care Team Manager has the primary responsibility and authority for maintaining quality of patient care in accordance with the organization’s objectives and policies through planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the services provided to patients and families.Since 1977, Suncoast Hospice has been honored to serve our neighbors across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties with compassionate end-of-life care. Attracts, develops, and retains a diverse, high performing team. This includes assessing performance of each staff member and coaching/counseling appropriately, as well as completing formal performance evaluations.* Oversees staff and makes sound decisions with the care of our patients/clients in mind. This includes developing and implementing best practices to enhance the patient/client experience.* Seek and respond to feedback from internal/external customers to improve overall service and patient care. If degree related to Spiritual Care, must be master’s degree in divinity, theology, pastoral care, or related field from an accredited institution.* Minimum of 3 years Hospice experience with at least 3 years of supervisory management experience strongly preferred.* Licensure: RN, LCSW, or Board Certified Chaplain required.* Seven to ten total years experience as an RN, LCSW, or Board Certified Chaplain.* Certifications: Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association; Current certifications as applicable to their professional discipline.* Must have reliable transportation which will enable them to perform tasks and responsibilities in a timely and appropriate fashion. Must provide proof of valid automobile insurance, a copy of which will be placed in the employee’s HR file.
