Qualifications

• Requires graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED/Transcripts).
• 3-5+ years of direct care experience with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and works on floor with direct care staff.
• Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• First-level supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management for a treatment sub-unit or multiple residential locations.
