Job summary

Scripps Health in Encinitas, CA is seeking a Casual Care Team Assistant to support patient care and operations. This role works eight-hour shifts and focuses on collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, respectful, and efficient service.

You will perform clerical tasks, assist with patient needs, data collection, and maintaining a clean, organized environment under clinician direction, contributing to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with other care team members to assure safe and optimal patient care.
• Support the unit with a variety of clerical, patient logistic, equipment/supply, charge reconciliation, and patient service duties.
• Assist with patient care within the scope permitted and under the direction of a clinician.
• Assist patients with personal needs and activities of daily living, collects data, and maintains a safe, organized environment.

This is a Casual position with an 8-hour VARIED shift located at our Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas.
