You will support eight adults with complex health and support needs in a compassionate environment, with full training provided. Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supporting personal care and daily living tasks
• Administering medication and following healthcare plans
• Supporting PEG feeding and epilepsy protocols (full training provided)
• Following SALT guidance around feeding and communication
• Encouraging choice, independence and participation
• Building meaningful relationships and understanding individual communication styles
• Supporting activities that promote wellbeing and quality of life
