Centerstone in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a dedicated professional to support clients in life skills development within a multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate client care, provide crisis intervention, connect families to community resources, and document activities in accordance with CCBHC standards.
Qualifications include an Associate's degree and at least two years of experience working with youth and families in related settings.

Provides person-centered assistance to clients in the development of life skills and personal goals. Coordinates client care with multidisciplinary team. Assists clients in connecting to community resources. Provides crisis intervention/prevention to clients and their familes.
Education Level
Associate's degree required. Two years of experience or two years of college coursework in related field may be substituted for degree requirement.
Two years professional experience working directly with youth and families in a child welfare, school, childcare, criminal justice behavioral health or related setting preferred.
