Centerstone is a nonprofit behavioral health system. We are seeking a part-time team member to assist clients with daily living activities, plan therapeutic recreation, and support the treatment team in delivering care that improves lives.
You will observe medication compliance, help meet medical needs, and lead group activities. Qualifications include an Associates degree and two years of related experience, with some substitution allowed for the degree.

Assists clients with daily living activities and tracks, monitors and documents behaviors and interactions. Plans therapeutic recreation activities for groups, steers department philosophy toward purposeful interventions and therapies, works with other clinical staff on special projects and duties. Leads individual and group activities with clients.
