Palatine Park District is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the CARE Program Staff for the 26-27 school year. As a CARE Site Director or Assistant Site Director, you will design and implement enriching activities for children while ensuring their safety and well-being.

The role includes managing attendance, logs, and fostering positive relationships with children and parents. Compensation ranges from $18.50 - $21.50 depending on position, with various benefits such as fitness memberships and seasonal pool passes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Prior experience working with children.
• Previous experience with part-time supervision.
• Attain and maintain valid Adult & Child CPR/AED Certification within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement activities for children.
• Oversee attendance and manage medicine logs.
• Maintain positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
