PMR Virginia Holding is actively seeking a Care Promoter (Medical Assistant) to join our physician-led care team in Florida. The role blends administrative and clinical duties, supporting exam readiness, patient education, and safe medication handling under physician supervision.

Minimum education includes a MA program or comparable healthcare vocational training, plus BLS certification. Travel up to 10% locally is possible as needed to cover centers.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with compassion and empathy toward patients and families.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organization.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and staff across centers.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy of reports and data.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Measure and record patient vital signs and medical history.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist physicians with examinations.
• Perform routine screening tests and non-critical medical procedures under supervision.
• Collect specimens, perform basic waived lab tests, and process phlebotomy tasks.
• Administer medications, change dressings, and assist with routine first aid procedures under physician supervision.
