Klipsch Senior Care in Bloomington, IN is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers for overnight shifts. Compensation is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and paid training. No experience is required, and both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support to older adults in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Assist with mobility and walking; provide safe transfers as needed.
• Give medication and appointment reminders; coordinate with the Home Instead office.
• Help with errands, grocery shopping, and scheduling.
• Support individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or hospice care when needed.

What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, personalized care to older adults in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support


• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene


• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping


• Assisting with mobility and walking


• Providing medication and appointment reminders


• Helping with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments


• Supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or receiving hospice care


• Communicating important updates to the Home Instead office team

Basic Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license


• Valid auto insurance


• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening


• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds


• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and assist clients with everyday activities
