Job summary

Home Instead is seeking an Immediate Care Pro to join our team in Henderson, Kentucky. This role offers full-time and part-time shifts where you'll provide essential support to clients in their daily living tasks.

Your responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assisting with personal care. No previous experience is necessary as skills training will be provided. If you have a passion for caring for seniors, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• No previous experience necessary; skills training provided.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance required for driving clients.
• Have reliable transportation to and from clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.
• Support personal care needs such as dressing and bathing.
• Remind clients about medications and appointments.
• Care for clients with Alzheimer's or other Dementias.

Immediate Care Pro position available in Henderson!

Full Time & Part Time Shifts Available!

Care Pros spend ample amounts of one-on-one time with clients as they help them with daily living tasks such as cooking meals, running errands, and taking them to the doctor. They also assist with dressing, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care. Some Care Pros support clients who are living with Alzheimer’s or other Dementias.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks

• Personal Care
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Car
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
• Have reliable transportation to and from clients' homes

No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead.
