The Care Partnerships Associate supports Thriveworks' expansion by managing partnerships, ensuring partner satisfaction, and contributing to growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support management of partnerships with minimal supervision
  • Build relationships with physicians, referral specialists, practice managers, and regional managers
  • Assist in executing engagement strategies and day-to-day operational activities
  • Monitor program data, analyze trends, and prepare reports
  • Maintain partnership logs and communicate updates effectively
  • Contribute to strategic growth and partner relationship experiences
  • Support internal tools like Salesforce, Google Drive, and Monday Boards
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings
  • Collaborate across departments to support Thriveworks’ mission

Skills / Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiasm for goal achievement and learning
  • Interest in partnership engagement and marketing
  • Organizational skills and eagerness to develop further
