The Rawlin at Riverbend Memory Care in Springfield, OR is seeking a compassionate Care Partner for the Swing Shift to support residents with person-centered care. The role offers diverse daily activities support, privacy and dignity, and opportunities to grow within a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living following our person-centered care philosophy.
• Perform personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, meals, and laundry.
• Assist with daily requirements and tasks as requested by residents or supervisors.
• Ensure residents are treated with privacy, respect, and dignity at all times.
• Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Complete state-required training upon hire and annually.

The Rawlin at Riverbend Memory Care, located in Springfield, OR is seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Partner for our Swing Shift to support and provide high‑quality care to the residents in our community.

Responsibilities of the Care Partner

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
• Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in an MC Community is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.

Job Type

• Full Time / Part Time
• Swing Shift -Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Memory Care.
