Care Partner - PRN Nights

We are looking for a Contingent Care Partner for our night shift 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM.

Position Details:

As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care assisting residents in their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Additional responsibilities include keeping proper care records, reporting any changes in residents’ conditions, and interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of required training per State regulations.
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Ability to work responsibly as part of a team and independently.
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
  • Honest, fair, dependable, respecting confidentiality and residents’ rights and privacy.
  • Meet health requirements and pass background checks.
