Brio Living Services in Sparta, MI is seeking a Care Partner Per Diem for Meadowlark Retirement Village. This flexible, per diem role provides compassionate daily living support for residents and helps create a home-like environment.
Shifts run 3pm–11pm or 11pm–7am with weekend coverage. Responsibilities include ADL support, leading activities, vital signs, safety in moving residents, meal service, and assisting with medications as directed.
