Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to provide personalized, relationship-based care to a consistent group of residents in the Terrace Club neighborhood. You will support residents with daily activities, dining, and meaningful engagement, while documenting changes and coordinating with families and leadership.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and clear communication, with paid training and opportunities for career growth; health and retirement benefits are also offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification may be required by state.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support based on ISP.
• Partner with residents through prompting, cueing, and reminders.
• Observe, document, and report changes in condition.
• Support daily programs and meaningful engagement activities.
• Assist with dining, housekeeping, and laundry services.
• Promote safety, dignity, and Resident Rights at all times.
• Communicate regularly with families and care leadership.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety standards.

What You'LL Do

• Communicate regularly with families and care leadership
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety standards

What We're Looking For

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan.
