Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and personal care. You will help with housekeeping, laundry, and participating in life enrichment programs, while prioritizing resident well-being and dignity.

The role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and excellent communication to ensure safety and comfort for residents in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred, but not required.
• License/Certificate for Medication Assistance (if applicable) as needed per state regulations preferred.
• CPR certification/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must complete all state and Experience Senior Living specified training programs.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence; write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned and per service plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks.
• Perform laundry duties.
• Review and participate in 24 Hour Reports and shift change reports.
• Assist residents to and from scheduled life enrichment programs.
• Promote personal choices, independence and spiritual needs.
• Communicate to the Director of Health & Wellness when a resident's needs have changed.
• Maintain infection control practices.
