Sunrise Senior Living in Bethesda, Maryland is seeking a Care Partner to provide personalized, relationship-based care to a consistent group of residents in our Terrace Club neighborhood.

You will perform hands-on care, assist with daily activities, and support dining, housekeeping, and safety while collaborating with families and care leadership. A High School Diploma or GED and CNA/HHA as required may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CNA/HHA certification as required by state.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support based on each resident’s ISP.
• Partner with residents through prompting, cueing, and reminders.
• Observe, document, and report changes in condition.
• Support daily programs and meaningful engagement activities.
• Assist with dining, housekeeping, and laundry services.
• Promote safety, dignity, and Resident Rights at all times.
• Communicate regularly with families and care leadership.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
• You serve as a trusted advocate and consistent presence, building strong relationships.
