Job summary

Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care in Beaverton, OR seeks a dedicated Care Partner to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. We offer competitive wages with opportunities to grow and training available.

As a Care Partner you will assist with daily living activities, provide personal care per care plans, ensure privacy and dignity, and follow infection control procedures. Full-time or part-time shifts with weekend differential of $1.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in Senior Living or as a Caregiver/Med Tech preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living per person-centered care philosophy.
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, meals, feeding, changing bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

Responsibilities of the Care Partner

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person‑centered care philosophy.
• Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferably experience in Senior Living, as a Caregiver and/or Med Tech.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
