Job summary

Experience Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner for day shifts (6am–6pm) in Lone Tree, CO. You will assist residents with daily living, perform housekeeping and laundry, and support residents in enrichment activities while maintaining infection control and resident confidentiality.

The role emphasizes care, communication, and quick response to resident needs, with opportunities for CNA/HHA certification and training provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/Home Health Aide preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as per service plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Review shift reports and communicate resident needs to supervisor.
• Encourage independence and respond to resident calls promptly.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality of resident information.
