Job summary

The Gables of Green is actively seeking Care Partners/CNA/STNA to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team in Uniontown, OH. This full-time night position (7p-7a) offers compassionate care to residents and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining resident comfort, and providing exemplary service. Training and support are provided; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Good physical health and free from tuberculosis.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to work varying hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional and dignified care with first class customer service.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care, as listed on the residents Service Plan.
• Familiarize yourself with residents’ interests and preferences to provide exemplary service.
• Respond promptly to resident requests. Maintain compliance with all departmental recordkeeping requirements.
• Promptly answers emergency call system, telephone and paging systems.
• Participates in all scheduled team member meetings and other community-wide team member meetings as requested.
• Participates in voluntary and mandatory on-going education and in-service training.
• Demonstrates an understanding and support of Resident Rights.
