Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support, companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping (beds, tidying).
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
