Job summary

Artis Senior Living is hiring for Care Partners (CNAs) on a part-time and PRN basis. Starting pay is $18 per hour with shifts on all day parts and every other weekend required.

You will work as part of a supportive team to assist residents living with dementia with daily activities, safety, and companionship. We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, holidays, PTO, 401k with employer match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA certification if State requires it.
• Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
• Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/eating.
• Assist with personal and household chores, such as tidying rooms and errands.
• Transport residents to meals, enrichment activities, and programs.
• Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed consistently.
• Observe residents for behavioral changes and adverse medication reactions; report changes to clinical staff.
• Respond to emergency calls and correct hazards in a timely, safe manner.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and professionalism; follow safety policies.
• Perform all other duties as requested.
