Job summary

Artis Senior Living in Bethesda, MD is hiring Care Partners (CNA) on first shift. Starting pay is $20 per hour with full-time positions on 7am-3pm and every other weekend. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive environment.

As a Care Partner, you will assist residents with daily living activities, respond to calls, and help maintain safety and comfort for those living with dementia.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA certification if state requires it.
• Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
• Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for residents with dementia.
• Respond to emergency calls and report care provided to clinical staff.
• Transport residents to meals, enrichment activities and other programs as needed.
• Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed.
• Observe residents for behavioral changes and adverse reactions to medications; report changes promptly.
