Qualifications

• California CNA certification or actively enrolled in an accredited nursing program with Fundamentals of Nursing course.
• Six months to one year CNA experience; acute care preferred.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• AB508 (Management of Assaultive Behavior) training.
• Pass USC Verdugo Hills Hospital EHR data-entry training within 30 days if hired.
• Must maintain enrollment in a nursing program if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing staff support for patient care delivery, clerical duties, and unit organization; assist with equipment setup and maintenance.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Adapt duties based on unit needs and workload to ensure timely patient care.
