Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, KS, is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our full-time team. You will support residents with daily activities, foster empathy, and help create a warm, home-like environment where residents feel seen and valued every day.

The role requires high school or equivalent, English communication, light computer use, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and readiness to stand and move throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection and empathy with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Be present, supportive, and reliable team member.

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $24.25 per hour

Shift Schedule-

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
