Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner for the Vitalia North Olmsted community. This full‑time role covers 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts with a pay range of $18–$23.75 per hour, located in North Olmsted, OH.

Candidates will assist residents with daily activities, provide compassionate care, and maintain a positive, empathetic environment. Requirements include at least a high school diploma or equivalent, English language proficiency, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and readiness to be criminally

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter resident information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop throughout shift.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Provide compassionate care and empathy to residents.

Position Type: Full-Time

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $23.75 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
