Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner for the Seven Hills, OH location. This part-time role offers evenings from 7:00pm to 11:00pm, with a pay range of $18–$23.75 per hour. You will help residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate support, and contribute to a caring home-like community at Vitalia Rockside.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter information.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic interactions and build connections with residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $23.75 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00pm to 11:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
