Job summary

Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow is seeking a part-time Care Partner to join our warm, home-like community in Stow, Ohio. You will assist residents with daily living activities, advocate empathy, and help create a welcoming environment that respects dignity and independence.

Requirements include being 18 or older, a high school diploma or equivalent, able to read and speak English with residents, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Foster an empathetic, inclusive and positive environment for residents and team members.
• Enter information about residents using computer systems and print documents as needed.

Position Type: Part-Time

Location: Stow, OH

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

6:00pm to 10:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
