Arrow Senior Living in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a part-time Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate, person-centered care. You will engage residents, assist with ADLs, and contribute to a home-like environment that values empathy and teamwork across the community.

Requirements include being at least 18, a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care

• Engage residents to promote empathy and social connection
• Assist with documentation and basic computer tasks related to resident information
• Support residents during daily activities and respond to falls or incidents

Care Partner pay range: $18 – $21 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
