Rock Creek Senior Living in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Care Partner to provide compassionate support to residents. This full-time role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and helping residents stay engaged during shifts.

You will be part of a team that values empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude. Schedule includes 6:00pm–6:00am shifts, with Week 1 and Week 2 rotations.

Competenze

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop throughout shift.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Ankeny, IA

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $22.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

6:00pm to 6:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
