Responsibilities:
  • Accountable and responsible for providing patient care and comfort under the supervision of a registered nurse, following established standards, policies, and procedures of Washington Health System.
  • Accurately report information to the registered nurse.
  • Complete all delegated technical skills and patient care procedures according to Washington Health System Core Care Partner 2 Skills & Responsibilities.
  • Consider patient population specific age, developmental stages, and unique needs of the assigned population to ensure competent care.
  • Follow all guidelines related to electronic records, charts, documents, reports, and other organizational policies to ensure patient/family privacy and security.
  • Work efficiently and effectively, minimizing wasted time and resources.
  • Collaborate with patients and families to modify care/services and establish effective partnerships as needed.
  • Provide respectful, defect-free care/services to patients, families, and customers, adhering to Washington Health System programs for service excellence.
Schedule:

Rotating days, weekends, and holidays. Rotating 12-hour shifts: 6:30AM-7PM and 6:30PM-7AM.
