Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in California is hiring a Care Partner to join a team dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults. You will provide daily living assistance, maintain accurate care documentation, and support safety and care plans in a warm, compassionate environment.

The role is full-time with a schedule that may include weekends and various shifts. Competitive pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Excellent patient- and family-facing communication and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including continence care, showering, grooming, transfers, and meal help.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

What we are hiring for:

Schedule: Full Time: Sunday-Thursday | Tuesday-Saturday 6AM-2PM

Pay Range: $19-$20

What You’ll Do:
