Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks compassionate Care Partners to provide personalized, relationship-based care in a senior living environment. Responsibilities include hands-on support per each resident’s ISP, assisting with dining, housekeeping, and laundry, and supporting engagement and programs.

You will observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions, promote safety, dignity, and Resident Rights, and communicate regularly with families and care leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions.
• CNA/HHA certification as required by state (NJ required).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support per resident ISP and assist with daily activities.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and promote safety and dignity.
• Observe infection control and safety standards; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with families and care leadership.
• Support meaningful engagement, programs, and resident rights.
