Angi is seeking a Senior Associate of Care Operations to lead staffing strategy for Care teams and optimize global workforce management. You will deploy innovative technology, including AI, to improve operations and decision making, while supporting forecasting and cross-functional collaboration across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years in operations, strategy, or related field with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of operations, process optimization, and project management.
• Strategic thinker who translates ideas into actionable plans that drive growth and efficiency.
• Experience with BI tools to analyze data and inform decisions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or Playvox is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce management planning for phone teams, coordinating with vendors.
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, and vendor communications.
• Become expert in tools and platforms used to monitor performance and KPIs.
• Review invoices based on partners' hourly contributions monthly.
• Help optimize staffing plans across teams with KPI awareness.
• Build and use reporting tools to improve visibility and inform decisions.
