• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical aptitude with a genuine interest in healthcare operations.

• Execute daily operational activities, maintain clinician schedules, manage licensure and credentialing, and support onboarding and offboarding.
• Conduct routine audits, maintain data trackers, and assist with process improvements and new initiatives.
