• Oversee Benefits & Eligibility, Prior Authorization, and Document Follow-Up processes.
• Coordinate Staffing & Shipping and Inbound Call Support, ensuring compliance.
• Build repeatable processes to turn manual tasks into automated systems.

• The operational backbone of member activation between enrollment and treatment.
• Reports to Head of Member Ops & Strategy, ideal for a process-minded operator.

What You'll Own:

• Benefits & Eligibility, Prior Authorization, and Document Follow-Up.
• Staffing & Shipping coordination, Inbound Call Support, and Compliance.
• Process Building to turn manual tasks into repeatable systems.
