Responsibilities

• Help coordinate client care plans and services.
• Conduct occasional client visits and trainings.
• Assist with caregiver support and shift coverage as needed.
• Maintain calendars, schedules, and office records.
• Verify work hours and payroll-related tasks.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
• Provide administrative and team support for smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve scheduling issues.
