Spring Health in the United States is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide needs assessments, action plans, and connections to appropriate services for members. You will serve as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email, resolving issues and supporting members through their care journey, including crisis situations with clinical judgment and safety planning.

• Master’s degree in behavioral health and active licensure in a US state.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care post-licensure.

What We're Looking For:

• A master's degree in a behavioral health field with licensure as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist in a US state.
• At least 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure, with excellent English skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, and comfort navigating multiple computer platforms.
