Job summary

Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE) is seeking a Care Manager Supervisor in Bloomfield, NJ. The role leads a team of care managers, supports staff and families, ensures compliance, and drives outcomes using data-driven insights.

A Master’s degree and supervisory experience in child welfare are preferred; Power BI reporting is a key component of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is required or preferred.
• Minimum of two years of post-master’s supervisory experience in child welfare or related field.
• Professional licensure preferred.
• Experience in clinical assessment and child/adolescent development; community-based experience preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical and cultural competence in managing complex cases.
• Knowledge of the Essex County community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance the mission by supporting staff, children, and families with integrity and purpose.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Care Managers to drive high performance.
• Monitor outcomes, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Provide guidance on complex cases with sound judgment.
• Partner cross-functionally to strengthen communication and coordinated care.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Coordinate high-quality service delivery and resource management.
• Deliver presentations within the community to promote services.
• Design, prepare, and analyze Power BI reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to Senior Management and the Board.
