Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.

• Interviews and assesses patients and/or family, caregivers, and legal representatives.
• Determines, prioritizes, provides and/or arranges for needed services/interventions; participates in case reviews.
• Assists with discharge planning and identifies resources and referrals as part of the plan.
• Supervises and/or trains new staff, students, and interns.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, decisive judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
