Nurse Case Manager manages, directs, and coordinates the entire spectrum of care for patient throughout a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient. This position assists physicians (internal and external) with management and coordination of care. May work at varied clinic and provider locations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • 5 years Clinical experience.
  • Utilization review/case management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
  • Upon hire: Certified Case Manager.
