RN Care Manager at Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital in San Pedro, CA. This is a full-time position with 8-hour day shifts.

The case manager's primary responsibilities include assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy, achieved through collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals involved in the client’s care.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or
• All registered nurses without a bachelor’s degree in nursing must obtain one within 3 years of hire, unless an alternative effective date has been agreed upon or a collective bargaining agreement specifies otherwise. Exceptions are considered case-by-case by the Director of Care Management in consultation with Human Resources.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Two years of acute hospital experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge or experience in the assigned specialty area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field.
